1. Platform Description
NFT Gridlock is a custodial NFT minting service for tattoos and hairstyles, operating on the Polygon blockchain.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full intellectual property rights to your tattoo or hairstyle. By submitting, you grant NFT Gridlock a limited license to mint the asset on your behalf.
4. Prohibited Content
No hate symbols, no obscene imagery, no third-party trademarked characters. We reserve the right to reject any submission.
5. Platform Fee Structure
Mint fee: $9.99 per submission. Platform fee: 15% on any sale facilitated by NFT Gridlock. Transfer fee: blockchain gas only, passed through at cost.
6. Minting Process
Submissions are reviewed and minted within 24 hours of payment. We may reject submissions that violate these terms.
7. Custodial Wallet
NFT Gridlock holds your NFT in custody until you initiate a transfer to your own wallet. You may request a transfer at any time after minting.
8. Transfer Irreversibility
Once an NFT is transferred to an external wallet, the action cannot be reversed. Verify the destination address before confirming.
9. Refund Policy
If your submission is rejected, you receive a full refund of the $9.99 mint fee. No refunds are issued once minting has begun.
10. DMCA & Takedown
To report infringement, email dmca@nftgridlock.com with a detailed claim. We comply with all valid takedown requests.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. NFT Gridlock is not liable for blockchain failures, lost wallets, or third-party actions.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
